Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Gabby Studio ("we", "us") about your use of Angelic Defense (the "Game"). By playing the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

• The Game creates an account for you when you start. You can play as a guest or link a Google account.
• A guest account lives on the device and browser you play on; if you clear your browser data without linking Google, you may lose access to it.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share or sell accounts.
• Pick a player name that is not offensive, hateful, impersonating someone, or someone else's trademark.

3. Virtual items

Gold, gems, seals, tickets, heroes and other in-game items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the Game. You get a limited right to use them in the Game; you do not own them. Summons are random: the rates are shown in the Game. We may change, rebalance or remove items and features, and we may reset or adjust balances that were gained by bugs or cheating.

4. Rules of play

Do not:

• cheat, use bots, modify the Game or its saves, or exploit bugs (please report them instead);
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other players' accounts;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players;
• use the Game for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove leaderboard results that were not earned fairly.

5. Our content

The Game, its characters, art, music, story and code belong to Gabby Studio or its licensors. You may play the Game and share screenshots and videos of it for non-commercial purposes. Some sounds and fonts are used under their own open licences, listed in the Game's credits.

6. Availability and changes

The Game needs an internet connection. We may update, change, pause or end the Game or any part of it (such as events, banners and leaderboards) at any time. We try to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Gabby Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items or game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may end these terms for an account that breaks them.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell players in the Game. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
